Data Compliance, Real Estate Analyst Internship
Work with a dynamic NYC Real Estate team in assisting their daily functions including
Tracking ownership data compliance using department of building database website Propertyshark.com and streeteasy.com
Create Rental Market Report with exploratory data analysis and data visualization
Analyzing case specific building markets for rentals & sales
Manage Team Website & Social Media Platforms Including Linkedin, Youtube, Instagram, & FB.
Implement Marketing Strategy for brokerage team
Assist in Marketing Operations, use Social Media and Xpressdocs
Web design by Squarespace
Assist with writing handwritten letters to procure new clients
Update NYC Sales Market and Rental Market news and general management of team website
Qualifications Include:
Excellent Excel skills
Attention to details
Quick learner
Commitment of at least 6 months minimum
Minimum availability must be 2-3 days a week, flexible hours. (generally 2 days a week)
OPT/CPT required for international students
